Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of very fine needles at specific points on the body to relieve pain.  Minimal to no discomfort is experienced due to the thinness of the needles.  Our clinic utilizes single-use needles and then disposes into biomedical waste.  If a patient is averse to needles our clinic also offers laser acupuncture.

Conditions treated include plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, calcific tendonitis, Morton`s Neuroma, rotator cuff syndrome, tennis elbow, hip pain and knee tendonitis.

Chiropractic

Chiropractors are neuromuscular specialists. We diagnose, treat and prevent disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the affects of these disorders on general health and wellbeing. This commonly involves working with the spine as the bodies nervous system runs through the spinal cord. Chiropractors emphasize manual therapy including joint adjustment and manipulation. This type of treatment has been proven to be safe and effective. When joints become immobile, they begin to degenerate. This can lead to pain and inflammation in the area. Chiropractic is an effective way to mobilize joints in the body. Chiropractic adjustments to the spine directly affect the nervous system and many patients report feeling a mild sense of euphoria following their first adjustment.
